I have a new contact in Skype.  I didn't approve this contact and I don't know who they are.  I can see their status and they can send me messages.  I presume I can send them messages too, but I haven't.

I can't remove this contact.  I have contacted Skype support and they say that as its a 'messenger' contact they can't remove it either and I need to contact Microsoft support... 

The 'contact' does not appear in my 'people' list...

How can I remove / block this contact?
