I was told by support microsoft.com that I need to get assistance in this forum for my particular situation, since its mobile related. 

I never used this account, but I did register it.  I'm told by support microsoft .com that even when an account becomes inactive, it will still show on the phone b/c of the cache/history even though I never used it.  I was told I would be able to get assistance here.  I don't understand why support microsoft.com couldn't just kick me over to where I would get the help.  We are all one big happy family, right?  Anyway, this is the link I was given to get help resolving my issue.  Pls. help, please.  Thx.
