Here's the story. A couple months ago I tried to log into xbox.com, when it said "It looks like someone else might be using your account". I ignored it at the time because It didn't stop me from playing Xbox Live. On July 23 I tried to sign into my xbox, it said I needed to do a security check. The first time I tried it, it said that the password was incorrect. So I went through the process of resetting my password, but I didn't do it by email, I did it by the security question. Then I tried to do the security check again, but that time it said that the account had something wrong with it. This brings me back to square 1-> "It looks like someone else might be using your account". I proceeded to get my account back, by filling out the questionnaire. The reason why I didn't choose the option of getting a verification code emailed is because the email was either non existent or I don't remember the email -> I made the account (the one I use for the xbox) when I was really young, in other words I don't remember the age I put on there, etc. I did the questionnaire July 23. Back to the present-> It has been more than 24 hours since the questionnaire and I have not gotten a response.
