I have an email account that is shared by my Graphics department that is used by 2 people at the same time. The problem is that when one person opens an email it takes long time for it to show open on the other person's computer. Is there a refresh that we can do once we open the email so the other worker can see it without delay? I am on a MAC using OSX 10.9.4 with the Microsoft Office 2011
