I set up an account on Xbox some years ago for my son and last night deleted my Hotmail.com account and added his own alias. When I try to re-enter the Hotmail.com account, it says that you cannot as its part of a domain name??? I now cannot recover the Hotmail.com account as it says that it doesn't exist and have spoken with customer support who gave me the recovery website, which again stated that the Hotmail.com account does not exist. I have had this Hotmail.com account for years and receive everything through it, household bills, etc......so how do I recover that email address/account please?
