Outlook 2011 for mac would not launch.  I followed the steps outlined in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2360509 and tried to rebuild the database.  I received a message that the database was unable to be rebuilt.  Therefore, I created a new identity.  This solved the problem and Outlook now functions properly.  However, my old e-mail file structure and historic messages did not return.   Are they lost?  Can I access them?
