I have had a private exchange with a moderator -maybe two- concerning a stuck email and have responded to them that the instructions did not correct any of the issues I listed at that time affecting that email.

The person's instructions stated : make sure to notify them by public thread once I supply the info  in the private exchange.

Well, I dont know what thread is applicable or how to get to it when I do learn what thread applies.
