How do I make a formal complaint about Microsoft and their incompetency? Everytime there is a windows update something goes wrong. Last time it was "Skype cannot run using full administrator rights" and I had to have a whole new user profile! when asked if I can amalgamate the two I had to spent an additional 3 hours on the phone going from department to department. Now I have the same issue with Skydrive - and low and behold I've wasted another day on the phone! and they tried to charge me $99 for remotely accessing my computer!
