I just received an email from an email account site that says my account has had different passwords and such and they said it was fraud and that if I don't reenter all my information, including my password they were going to close my account permanently. How do I know if this is real or part of a scam? The message says it's from the email service account but it came in on my junk files and said this concerned my hotmail acct. Well, no. 1, wouldn't this message have come through my inbox instead of my junk mail and also, wouldn't they have said my "outlook" acct. instead of "Hotmail"?  Help anyone?
