The server for my broadband provider went down the other day, when it came back up by Outlook page was stuck on the File page.  Ever since I have had Microsoft Outlook, it was always on the Home page which showed all the options of Reply, Delete, Forward, etc. . . .  Now I have to go back and forth between the File page and the Home page to delete, forward, or reply to emails.  It is locked on the File page.  How do I get it to lock into the File page like it always was for the last several years.  Thanks.
