This is absolutely ridiculous!  Someone sent me a picture in my email and all I want to do is save the damn thing to my computer in windows 10.  Why am I having to surf the web download special programs and still not able to save after download windows live photo gallery.  Windows 95 could do this for crying out loud!  Can someone tell me how I can do this?
