I've bought an SSD in order to speed up my old and very slow PC.   Wow it changes from a start up time of several minutes to several seconds.  Brilliant.   Having said that I've not installed iTunes yet and I suspect that the iCloud control panel really slows down a PC.

I've installed Windows 7 on to the SSD from my original disk and then most of my applications.  Most of my data including documents, photographs, movies etc are still on the original hard drive which is accessible as another drive from the SSD.  I could not use the import tool from the SSD provider (Samsung) as it will only import everything at once and the SSD is nowhere near big enough for all of my data.  A daft bit of software as SSD's are rarely big enough for all of someone's data.  .  The only real outstanding thing I wish to set up is my Mail account which I'd like to import from the HD into the SSD.  I used Live Mail 2010 on the old hard drive and would like an easy way to import the account and all of it's settings, and my old e-mail data, contacts, messages  etc if that's possible.  Can anyone advise me how it's done please.  Obviously I'd have to download Windows Live onto the SSD but the import is the hard bit.
