When first installed I would always have a large toolbar just under the File   Home  Folder  View  Accounts picks.  Now when I start Windows Live Mail I only have the small toolbar at the upper left corner.  To get the large toolbar I must click on 'Home' which produces the large toolbar below the aforementioned picks.  But as soon as I open mail, the large toolbar disappears.  How can I return to how it once was?  Thanks in advance.
