My SkyDrive account was wrongfully suspended due to a supposed COC violation, but then it was found that I didn't violate the COC, although all files I had on my Skydrive are gone!!! I had contacted Microsoft through a form after I tried to login to my SkyDrive then got the warning message that my account was suspended. I submitted the form with all needed information then got a reply, which follows...

 Hello,

We have received a recent request to reactivate your account, however, when we checked we noticed that your account does not appear to be closed. We have also reexamined the content and have determined that the files are not in violation of the Microsoft COC or TOU. If you are still unable to access the account there may be a technical issue with it. You can contact the technical support team at http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us

Sincerely,

Johnette

My case number is... 1213370321.

I tried checking the recycle bin on SkyDrive, nothing there. I tried all routes I found in forums, through customer service, chat, etc...

I just want my files back, even though I think because Microsoft screwed up, they deleted my files before even following through with their own terms of use!!! Plus, I never even got a warning that I might have files on my SkyDrive that might violate the COC!!! So, as of right now I am very very upset with Microsoft services, and the sad thing is I just bought a brand new Windows 8 laptop, and tried to download my files from SkyDrive to my new laptop, and I can't because they are gone and I'm sure I'll never see them again, or I'll see some floating around on the net!!

I just want to know if there is ANY possible way to find or retrieve my files??!! Any legitimate and usable help will be greatly appreciated, please no repeats of info I have stated in my post that I already tried. I am very upset and frustrated due to this situation, so any one on one or personal replies, please bare with me!! There were some very sensitive documents and pics in there, where I thought they would be safe, but I guess no cloud service is safe or even effective! And you know it's a bad sign that it's not a good thing to store anything in "the cloud", when even Microsoft has no support for it!!!!
