I have been blocked out my account due to being hacked, I have now tried filling out the form, to which the last one they never even bothered to respond, I then phoned microsoft customer services twice, first employee I spoke to actually hung up on me... second was very helpful and got me to set up a microsoft acount and try to get the issue resolved that way, then I got a responce but when I clicked on the link it came up that I am not permitted to view the information on the incident! Then I contacted the live chat option who told me to post here! I am fed up, frustrated and furious with microsoft at the moment and just want to be able to access my own account and its turning into an absolute joke!
