I am currently running Windows 8.1 with Bing. I am seeking how to apply to get Windows 10 upgrade before it is no longer free. I looked up what Windows 8.1 with Bing is. I saw that there is no notable difference to the normal Windows 8.1. So why am I unable to upgrade? I don't have the Windows icon in my taskbar that I should have. Please help...
