how do I forward an email that contains an attachment?

When I try to forward an email that came with an attachment, the attachment doesn't seem to be included?

Also if I reply to the person who sent me the email with the attachment , I don't want my reply included when I later decide forward the e-mail to other people

I have a Hotmail account that has become Outlook.
