I have tried following instructions I did find  it stated to go to TOOLS   then click on ACCOUNTS and then click on MAIL   But after clicking on TOOLS the drop down menu didn't have ACCOUNTS or MAIL in the drop down menu    If anyone knows how to fix this error   which I received ion on email notification   So I cannot send or receive emails on outlook express account ,,,,,   it said a simple TICK in a bot SMTP is all that's needed  not sure if this is right and if so how to do this  ,,, thank you in advance   Mr Brian Preston
