Last week regular Microsoft updates removed all my Outlook Express email files, folders, addresses, etc, and now on new MAIL set up cannot work out how to extend the time emails are held on my server to allow for holidays, etc, needing extended time.

Can anyone help me or do I just have to keep my computer running to access emails during this time?
