Tried posting this before, but it didn't seem to work, so trying again.

In the SkyDrive web app, I'm trying to create a group, but I don't have the option to do so.  I have the following categories on the left side:

Files

Recent docs

All Photos

Shared

PCs

From what I've seen online, there should be a Groups option, usually between the Shared and PCs options.  I don't have this option.  How am I supposed to create a group if the Groups option doesn't exist?  There are even videos on YouTube showing how to create groups under the Groups option, without any previously created groups, nor did they have to go to http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-live/groups-create-group to create their first group to make the option available.
