I know how to change the time zone on my account.  I have checked it several times.  However the time stamp on my outgoing and received emails is off by seven hours.  And yes I did just check my account settings.  At one time it did work, have no clue as to what stopped it.  I have been having problems with Internet Explorer so I installed Google Chrome a week ago.  I disabled Internet Explorer.  Could this be my problem?  I hope not because Internet Explorer has major problems for me and I really don't want to restore it.  Thanks for the help.  Jackie1b
