my account has been blocked for sometime now and I have tried everyway possible to get it unblock as its used for all my personal details. I received an email and sxr code and a case number for escalation, but then no one has been able to help. I finally got a message today saying that I need to contact Microsoft public moderators support because they are the only ones who can help me.  its for a different account other than the one I am using to signin today on. can someone please help me????
