How do I compose an email on this new outlook.   The only thing I see on the left side is "Folders" and "Quickview".  It is very frustrating that everytime I log in to my hotmail account, this outlook comes up and all I see is my inbox. There are absolutely no options to compose and email. This thing is driving me crazy. How is someone supposed to compose an email. I am computer savvy and I have an I T degree and I still cant figure this thing out.
