I have two MS accounts, an old one that has my Xbox (Live, Xbox Music Pass), Windows Store (Phone/Surface), Bing Rewards and SkyDrive, that is linked to an external email address, and a new outlook.com address. I'd like to move all of the stuff from the old account over to my new outlook.com account.

Is this possible? Are there instructions anywhere for doing this?
