My Hotmail account has been hacked and it is sending virus emails to everyone in my contact list; to anyone email address that has ever emailed me and any email address that I have ever emailed. I need this account closed IMMEDIATELY, but I can not. I've gone through the close account route and keep getting the note that I have to cancel billing subscriptions. I do not have any!! I just want to close this account now!!
