This should be extremely simple, and it used to be.

I've received an Outlook email, I want to reply but with a different header (title) on the email.

Searched all over, googled, checked previous posts, wasted a lot of time unnecessarily, as the old hotmail format was much more user friendly.

Please advise.

PS - Is there any way I can revert to the old Hotmail format with Outlook email?
