Like some other people posting, my Windows 8.1 Beta SkyDrive is not syncing. I'm starting a new thread because I have a specific smaller issue related to that syncing issue that has me stuck.

My Windows 8.1 test machine hadn’t been syncing up to SkyDrive for about a week when I noticed. Before I start trying fixes, I need to copy all the un-synced files from this 8.1 machine's SkyDrive folder to a back-up.

Most of these files aren’t set to offline access so the files I have on the machine are stubs. When I start the process of backing up, Windows/SkyDrive attempts to go off to the SkyDrive cloud to pull the whole file (because only the stub is local) down to the back-up. But with SkyDrive not working, the download sticks at 0% progress for a many hours. The back-up process doesn’t work.

I can’t figure a way to get the added and changed files on this machine off, so that I don’t lose whatever non-synced changes I've made on that machine. Help much appreciated.
