I am trying to add a caption to photos when editing photos in Window Photo Gallery.

I bring up the photo click on Tag and Caption, add the caption which appears on the far right hand side of the screen

but HOW DO I GET THE CAPTION TO APPEAR IN THE PHOTO AND HOW CAN I PLACE IT WHERE I WANT IT TO BE DISPLAYED?
