I tried to log in today. Was told i needed some stupid code, never needed one before and not once has my account been hacked. So fine what ever I tell them to send it to my linked account. I log out and attempt to log in to my linked account. Lo and behold
the same idiotic message, I need a code to enter my account. The very same account that i had them send the code to. Regular bunch of Einsteins here guys, can't access either of my accounts because you genius's have locked them both out requiring some code.
There is no way to contact them about this because, gasp, they don't give you a way to contact them. They tell you to go to the forums. Well did that and all I read were post answers that didn't answer anything. My emails are linked so they are not the same
email address, yet both of them tell me i need a code and do I want to send the code to the other account. Which again I CAN'T ACCESS because I don't have the code. From what I've been reading in the forums it looks like this will never be fixed for me and
will likely lock me out of my email for, what i think i read 6 months one guy was being told. Brilliant! I have never been hacked because I change my password every week like clock work, I've had my hotmail account since 2000 if not earlier, this is ridiculous.
I liked hotmail better and I am fairly sure that if this problem is not taken care of I will be moving on to some other email provider. Oh and to clarify, when i log into my linked account all i get is the account summary page, I can change all my info, but
can not access the email portion of my account because i guess there is something there they expect me to change? Not going to happen since all the links are dead ends, and there are no links anywhere on the page to access my email, to get the code i need
for my other email. I only got to this account management overview page once the first time, no links worked no new pages loaded so i logged out and back in. Then they started spamming the code thing again on that account too. Good job guys way to break what
didn't need fixing.
