I've looked everywhere and tried everything and am totally at a loss.

I have the SkyDrive app on my iPad and it sees my files in SkyDrive just file. I click a file, then choose to open it in a new app. It says it's over 5MB and may take a while, do I want to continue. I do so and the file is downloaded to the iPad and opened in the other app.

In this instance it is a .CBR file opening in Comic Zeal.

Now this is where the problem comes in. My Usage shows SkyDrive is now taking up more room because of the downloaded file. Which obviously is ok, but when I delete the file from Comic Zeal, it just removes it from Comic Zeal. SkyDrive still has the file somewhere taking up iPad storage space.

If I delete the file in the SkyDrive app, naturally the file goes to the Recycle Bin in SkyDrive, but the SkyDrive app STILL is holding onto that file, taking up valuable storage space on the iPad.

If I shut the app down and restart it there is no change.

What is the point of the SkyDrive app? If I continue to use it to download and work on files, it's just going to keep growing and growing and growing until I have no more storage space on my iPad.

Or am I missing something?
