How can I verify an email under Outlook.com without a texting service? I need to do this to enable forwarding.  (I just transferred my own domain name under Outlook.com and need to forward an email under that domain. But it won't let me until I verify the email without a cell phone text service, which I do not have.)

So, how do I get to the point where I can setup forwarding?

How do I verify my account? Without having SMS?

Please advise.
