How can I use a MVP file (from the program ‘Serif Movie Plus X3’) in Movie Maker

I have a saved file on my computer and I'm not sure how to change it from a

MVP File (from the program 'Serif Movie Plus X3') so I can edit it in movie maker? I can only save it as a MVP File (from the program 'Serif Movie Plus X3') but how can I change it into a file compatible in Movie Maker?
