Is it possible for me to fully close the secondary account so that I could add that name as an alias on my primary account? There are no emails in it at this time, I am just trying to secure the address.

I created an @oulook.com email address using my name when outlook was first launched over a year ago before realizing there was an ailias option. I have since then closed the secondary @outlook.com email address and waited a year for the name to be available
again. It has been more than a year and the name still did not free up. I signed into this closed account again today and it said it had been cleared out but the name was still reserved.
