I just came back from vacation to play on xbox live, when I clicked on my gamer tag (III RADA III) it made me sign in with my email and password but then says something went wrong and says code: 8015D003. I followed the steps to reset my password but I can't seem to remember what my security question answer was and now it says I got it wrong too many times. I also went and filled out the questionnaire a couple of times to get rejected every time. I can only answer the first few questions which are my name and where I live because I never used a credit card with my account. When I typed in the email I also made a typo and put a "l" instead of a "i". The ways that were recommended to get back my account do not work. I have other ways to prove I'm the owner such as my gamer tag has only been used on my xbox so that should prove its mine. If someone could contact me and help me through the process it would be greatly appreciated.
