Hello -

I run a small business and send out quotes/confirmations by e-mail to clients.  Most of my e-mails that are sent to Hotmail users end up in their JunkMail instead of their Inbox.

My business e-mail is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***  (from a website hosted by GoDaddy). This is very frustrating as those who do not regularly check their junk mail assume that we are ignoring them or not answering their e-mails.

I've been told that their are 'whitelists' with hotmail which ensures that my e-mails will be received. I have contacted Microsoft support twice now and have not received a response.

How do I go about getting whitelisted so that ALL emails end up in clients inboxes?
