Outlook 14.4.7 no longer seems to group conversations with subfolders?  I only see the inbox (and not the inbox subfolder) messages in conversation view?

Did this change?  I recently upgraded from 14.4...(3 I think).

The only other question I see is http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/mac/forum/macoffice2011-macoutlook/arrange-by-conversation-does-not-show-messages/2b887255-9ebd-495d-ba84-f18ea77969fa and it implies subfolders should be there.
