I have been having a problem in the last week or so with a 3-4 inch high ad at the top of my email. I am using Firefox. I have enabled all popupblockers on all browsers, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Firefox. I still am consistently bothered by this ad at the top of my email. I also have an anoying email at the left side of my email that is constantly opening. I close it and it just reopens. Please can anyone offer me any suggestions? I am not a technical person and I don't have any idea what else I should do. PLEASE HELP ME>
