When I create a new folder in Outlook for Mac 2011, the new folder is not displayed on my Android tablet (Exchange mail connection).  However, the new folder is displayed in MS Outlook 2010 for Windows.

New folders created in MS Outlook 2010 for Windows are displayed on all of my devices.

How can I create a new folder in Outlook for Mac 2011 that will be also displayed on my Android Mail App?
