How can I access my blocked account?

I need help to access my email account which has been blocked

I have done the following

submitted numerous forms re this

have tried to re-set password but cant do this because secondary emails no longer exist and no-where to put current alternative email

have sent current phone number

I have all my holiday documents in my email account that I need to access

Please Please Please help
