How can I access a log of IP addresses for logins to my hotmail account?

Hi,

I believe my hotmail messages are being read without my permission.
This person has done the same thing in the past.

How can I find out if my account is being accessed by anyone other than myself?

Can I get a log of the IP addresses used to access my email?
