Hour later, I am STILL trying to switch my mail from Hotmail but Outlook can’t seem to find it! Help!Years ago, I had PC email set up but I never use that, only Hotmail.

i hope that you will be able to resolve the issue of me not getting any of my old messages saves on Hotmail.  Even the latest mail, which I have not seen I need!!  Please resolve this issue.
