Since 10/09 I have stopped receiving emails from someone's hotmail account.

THey received my email but even when they reply to one of my emails it does not get through.

When the person has ccd other people (not on hotmail) those people have received it (although I dont know this to be true in every case).

We have been emailing each other for many years from these same accounts and the problem has only just occurred.

THey claim they ave not made any changes to their account - although it is possible. I certainly have not changed mine.

I have checked the junk and junk filters and security levels as suggested elsewhere on these forums.

This is urgent as it has legal implications.

On a related issue, I note my junkbox is holding nothing older then 25 September - is a week the default setting or should there be more in there?
