When are all of us having issues sending email from our various devices going to get real answers about what's going on?

I am receiving email no problem but cannot send from Surface, iPad or iPhone accounts -- all was working fine earlier today and no changes have been made on my end.

Strangely, for some reason, the web version works just fine.
