Hello,

Yesterday, all of my Hotmail/Outlook.com contacts disappeared.  I have not deleted any of them.  I checked the "Restore Deleted Contacts" option and there are no contacts listed.  Actions taken:

1. I created a "Test" contact and deleted it.
2. This "Test" contact DOES show up when "Restore Deleted Contacts" is selected.
3. No other previous contacts show up.

Please advise.
