My Hotmail account was supposedly hacked and now it's blocked. I was asked to submit a form to get password reset instructions but the email I got in my alternate address said enough information hadn't been provided. How on earth am I supposed to prove that I'm ME when it won't accept what I've sent? I was told to fill out a new form, which I have done but it's the SAME SET of questions so my answers won't be any different...what do I do now? Help me get into my account!
