Everytime I try to sign into my Hotmail it tells me I need to fill out a form to confirm that the account is mine. It asks me things like previous passwords used for the account and folders I have and emails addresses I have sent to and received from. Ive done this twice already and it tells me i haven't provided enough information to confirm that the account is mine. I have university stuff on the account and I need to access it as soon as possible.
