For over a week I have been sending emails to the community regarding not being able to access my hotmail account. I have received polite answers saying they cannot find anything wrong and my account is all ok. However, I still cannot access my account. I have gone through the steps given in microsoft to get a new password and nothing still, after all this time and several attempts, NOTHING.
Is anyone able to assist as I have lost all my contacts and desperately want to access my account????
