I lost password whilst using the bt cloud in the local pub, it has been four months of much frustration, attempts and phone calls.
Please help, I cannot access my hotmail account. After numerous attempts at resetting the password, every time I come up with Microsoft site is temporary unavailable. My hotmail account was my first and only ever email account which has been used for all
set ups and recovery for various accounts, without it I'm lost.
