Hello,

Yesterday I had a what I think must have been a virus on my Hotmail as my account was sending out spam e-mails to my contacts. It only sent one message.

I changed my password and the e-mails have stopped as far as I'm aware, but I am no longer able to receive e-mails. I can send them. I've checked my filters, safe/blocked senders etc but all is well...

Could anyone help me please?
