I got locked out of my Hotmail/Live account by editing by birthday. I was updating my last name and I noticed my birthday year was wrong and accidentally clicked on 2013 then it locked me out by saying I need a parents consent. Won't let me edit or even get into my account. I was on the phone waiting for 2 hours with Microsoft and no one can help me. There has got to be away to edit my account so I can log back in.
